Annette is fully licensed, bonded, insured and a certified Notary Signing Agent. She completed her background screening and loan signing agent certification through National Notary Association.
As a Notary Public and mobile certified signing agent, she guides clients through the real estate and lending document signing process. Some of our clients include title/escrow companies, lenders, realtors, attorney’s, clients from out-of-state and consumers with all types of real estate, legal and business transactions.
