Documents & Process

Acknowledgment: You confirm you signed the document voluntarily; your ID is verified.
Jurat: You swear or affirm the contents are true and sign in the presence of the notary.
Why do documents need notarization?
Notarization helps deter fraud, confirm identity and intent, and ensure documents are legally executed.
